Big girl!

So today Allison has done many exciting new things!
Just today she crawled over to her toy and pulled herself up so she was sitting on her bum. She was sitting up by herself until we had to go and pick her up. She also ate the Little Puff things like a big girl. She has been trying to "bite" and "eat" things with her 2 little teeth!
Oh, by the way! She is now crawling like crazy (too fast and smart already!), has 2 bottom teeth, eats baby food, rice cereal, formula (of course) and bread here and there. She is 14 lbs 25 in long, healthy and very happy! She's getting way too smart! She is in to anything with cords. Including the VCR/DVD player. I just covered it with a blanket...mm...ya...doesn't fool her! She just pulled it off and went for the VCR. Oh goodness...lock the doors she's out of here!
Oh goodness she is SO CUTE! OHHH Did I tell you a couple of days ago she said very clearly over and over and over again MAMA! She even said it in her sleep the other day and lights up when anyone says mama! She's currently starting to walk like a monkey over to me:) So ya...she's becoming quite the little girl! I'm sure she'll be walking by Christmas! so that's all the excitement! Cya all soon!

Alli Update

I thought I would post a little update on Allison. She is crawling and getting around very well now. She is across the room and chewing on cords and getting in to things in no time flat. She has also gotten 2 teeth on the bottom. Both already broke through and nice and sharp. :D So ya! She's quite the cute little button. Some of her fav. things:
* Turtle water toy
* Rubber wii remote cover
* Kiwi Bird Toy
* Smiling-- at EVERYONE
* Laughing until she can't laugh any more (Grandma is apparently the funniest person in the world)
* Chewing on feet and shoes
* The Outdoors!
* Eating/Chewing on anything she's not supposed to:) And the things she can!

Although she's teething she is doing VERY well with it. She's only slightly grumpier. She still doesn't scream bloody murder which is nice. Just a bit winier than usual. She sleeps great at night. Last night she slept from 11pm-7:30am and there have been a couple nights where she has slept 10pm-9:00am. Her normal is still 10pm-around 5or 6am. She of course goes back to sleep after eating at the am times and sleeps until 9 or 10am! So can't complain there:)

New things for her:
* 2 Teeth (and no doubt more on the way)
* Traveling to Missouri
* Swinging in a real baby swing. She wasn't quite sure what to think of it.
* Going to the park
* Seeing my cousins--She loves watching people! She does considerably good with strangers too.

Anyway, I'll have to post pictures soon. Take Care!

Custom cardstock necklace holder - ready to hang on a hook

How to Make This
Easy Necklace Holder / Hanger:

You take cardstock in pretty colors or designs (whatever suits your design or display) and cut it in 4"x2" strips.

You can take your cardstock to Office Depot or Office Max or any store like that, and they will cut it in strips for you at very little cost - and they are even. :-)

Fold one of these strips in half.

Now it open up again.

On each edge of the crease, punch out a hole so it goes off the paper (as shown in the middle photo above).

Now thread the necklace through these holes.

Fold the strip again on the fold line with the necklace inside, and staple at the top (as shown in the last photo above).

Just below the staple, punch a hole in the middle for hanging.

(Optional: punch two extra holes to hold matching earrings, as shown in photo.)

Put a small label with your name on it, and there ya have it - ready to hang on any hook.
